As one of the most popular Les Mills programs, BODYPUMP is a barbell-based strength workout designed to help participants become fit and toned while having fun. Based on the Rep Effect, each BODYPUMP session follows a proven formula of using light weights to exhaust the muscles while performing high repetitions. Among its many benefits, participating helps improve coordination, reaction time, and memory.

Strengthen the core!
Exercising muscles around the core, provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in Les Mills Core have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

Plyometrics – also know as jump training- muscles exert maximum force in short intervals to increase both speed and power. Low-Impact Plyometrics, aerobic cardio and resistance offers clients maximum benefits without the pain and all the FUN! Clients can expect to burn an average of 350-800 calories in one workout!
